2026 Annual Conference
Event Registration
The registration fee is $275 through August 28. After August 28, the fee is $325.
The guest registration fee is $160 through August 28. After August 28, the fee is $200.
The registration fee for businesses and organizations that are NOT a sponsor or vendor is $550.
Sponsors & vendors should contact Carissa at carissa@ndlc.org to register. Please do not register online.
* First-time attendees can receive a complimentary registration to the Annual Conference if they attend and sign in at the NDIRF-sponsored session. Available to city and park district employees and elected officials only.
All cancellations must be sent to Carissa at carissa@ndlc.org. No phone calls for cancellations will be accepted. The cancellation deadline is Wednesday, September 2. No refund will be given and outstanding invoices must be paid for cancellations after September 2.
Hotel Information
Room blocks are available at the hotels listed below from Wednesday, Sept. 16 through Thursday, Sept. 17. When booking rooms, please refer to the 2026 ND League of Cities Annual Convention room block to access the rates quoted. The room block release date is August 19. Room rates will not be guaranteed after this date.
