The Spring Workshop focuses on education, networking, and sharing best practices. Content is tailored to the work of city auditors, finance directors, and administrators—with sessions that support the effective management of city finances and administration.
The Elected Officials Training is held in conjunction with the Spring Workshop. This training provides education and networking for both experienced and newly elected officials.
