Stephanie is responsible for conducting legal research, and providing legislative and technical assistance to the League and to its member cities.  

Stephanie spent the last approximately four years in private legal practice in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Prior to entering private practice, Stephanie served as a law clerk to the judges in the South Central Judicial District and to the Honorable Justice Daniel J. Crothers of the North Dakota Supreme Court.

Stephanie has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Minnesota State University of Moorhead in paralegal and legal studies.

Stephanie grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota and has called Bismarck her home again since graduating from law school.

Stephanie enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.  During her free time, she can often be found attending a yoga class, walking her two dogs, or skating on one of the bike paths.
