Matt Oase has served the city of Killdeer as City Administrator since 2017. Matt has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a Major in accounting from Dickinson State University. Matt and his wife Abby, the Dickinson High School Band Director, enjoy spending time with their two dogs, Chewie and Lily. Matt represents cities under 2,500 in the southwest region.
